Reflection

There was a season when I was achieving everything on paper — promotions, recognition, influence — yet my soul felt heavy. I woke up each morning already racing the clock, measuring my worth by what I produced. One day, while sitting in my car before another long meeting, I whispered, "Jesus, I'm tired." And in that quiet moment, I felt Him say, "You don't have to earn rest. You just have to receive it."

That moment shifted everything. I realized that high performance without peace is just pressure dressed up as purpose. Jesus wasn't asking me to stop leading — He was asking me to lead differently: from rest, not from rush.
