Before I share my story, I want you to know this: God has been faithful in every chapter. What you're about to read is not a story of despair — it's a story of redemption, restoration, and the God who never let go of me.
My journey didn't begin in a classroom — it began in my own childhood. I was not raised by my mother. I lived with my father for only five years, and during that time I experienced mental, physical, and verbal abuse. My grandmother gained custody of me as a baby, but she passed away when I was two years old. From ages four to ten, my aunt raised me out of family honor — until I was sent back to live with my father again. By seventeen, I was on my own.
As an adult, I moved from Ohio to New Mexico seeking a fresh start — and God met me there. Over the next 20 years, He walked me through a slow, intentional healing process. He taught me how to understand my emotions, renew my mind, and rebuild my identity in Him.
On July 12, 2025, everything shifted. A drunk driver hit my vehicle and sent me rolling nine times off the highway, over a frontage road, and into a ravine. By God's grace, I walked away with minor physical injuries — but the emotional and physical impact was undeniable. The accident triggered the childhood wounds I thought I had already overcome. And yet, in the middle of that pain, God reminded me of something powerful:
The tools He gave me to heal those childhood wounds were the same tools that would help me heal from the accident.
That revelation became the seed of Nine Crowns of Grace™ — a place where faith-driven leaders can find truth, tools, and faith-centered identity and calling.
